I reach in to reach out. Introvert when I am required to think, be patient, kind and compassionate. Extrovert as I like communicating and like interesting and challenging conversations, or when I have a goal. I can not be one without the other. I have to have both sides.

My super-extroversion is a way to keep people at a safe distance; to sort them-out. I've been doing-it subconsciously for years, to protect the vulnerable, introvert inside. Only people who pass through the first filter get to me.

The myers-briggs test is really interesting. It gives you a personality type and that can help you decide what type of career you would be best suited in and it also helps in relationships.

I would say that I am really outgoing, but when it comes down to it I need my space.....so im not sure. Perhaps I will take one of those tests FlowerChild was talking about and see what it says.

Take a test called meyers-briggs.....that will help you figure out which you are (there are mini tests online that you can find that are free). An Introvet is just someone who gets their energy from within. They need personal space and time to re-fuel. An Extrovert is someone who gains energy from other people. Most people think that introverts are shy and extroverts are loud and outgoing. This can be true but its not always the case. :)
